These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “The Terms”) is the agreement between you, Hi Sporter and Hi Sporter’s owner for your usage of the platform.

Compliance with these terms of service is monitored by Hi Sporter. You can report any misuse, etc., to rsninvestmentaps@gmail.com.
The minimum age of usage is 13.
You must comply with our community guidelines. The whole idea of Hi Sporter is to create a positive community to share you, your friends and familiy’s sport moments. No illegal use of Hi Sporter must take place by you. Thus, no infringement of other peoples’ rights, including intellectual property rights and/or privacy rights, must take place on the platform.
The platform can only be used for the following (i) Sharing, livestreaming and posting of sport and sport comments. You can report any misuse, etc., to rsninvestmentaps@gmail.com.
HiSporter is committed to protecting children and preventing the dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Our platform enforces strict policies to identify, remove, and report any content that violates these guidelines. We work closely with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to ensure a safe environment for all users.
You are solely responsible for your content on Hi Sporter, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
When you post videos and comments on Hi Sporter, you license the usage thereof to Hi Sporter on an indefinite basis and worldwide.
Thus, your content may be available on Hi Sporter, if you eventually close your account. Nevertheless, if you want the said content removed, please contact Hi Sporter.
All disputes regarding these terms of service are solved by Danish courts under Danish law.
