When you use Hi Sporter, you give consent to Hi Sporter's and its owner's processing and usage of your personal data.

RSN Investment ApS is the data controller.

Your personal data is only processed for legitimate purposes.

- Location Data: Hi Sporter may collect and process your location data when you choose to share your location while creating posts, or when you allow the app to draw routes from your location to the post's location. The sharing of your location is entirely optional and is only used to enhance your user experience within the app.

- Camera and Microphone Access: Hi Sporter uses your device's camera and microphone to enable you to record and share videos or participate in live streams. These features are used exclusively for the purpose of content creation within the app.

- Stripe Payments (Android App Only): For in-app purchases on the Android version of Hi Sporter, we utilize Stripe, which operates through a secure webview. Your financial data is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. Please note that Stripe is not used in the iOS version of the app.

Your personal data is also lawfully used for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is treated as confidential. However, your personal data may be disclosed to external suppliers, including data processors, under the same duty of confidentiality.

- Google Maps API: If you opt to share your location, your data may be shared with Google Maps to provide mapping and route functionality.

- LiveKit SDK: When using the streaming or video recording features, your audio and video data may be processed by LiveKit to enable real-time communication and video sharing.

- Stripe (Android App Only): Your financial data will be processed by Stripe during transactions, which complies with strict security and privacy regulations.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to access: You have the right to request access to your personal data and the specific processing thereof.

- Right to rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified and to have incomplete personal data completed.

Where our processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out before the withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent does not become effective until you submit information about such a withdrawal. If you wish to delete your Hi Sporter account and all associated personal data, you can do so at any time by visiting https://hi-sporter.com/users/delete. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased from our servers, and no data will be retained unless required by law for specific purposes (e.g., accounting or legal obligations).
